We generally ship all orders within 24 – 48 hours. Please allow for up to 5 days lead time to process your order. Please check with us before ordering to get an up-to-date processing time estimate. All orders are added into production at a strict first come first serve basis.
We ship Monday – Saturday. We do not ship on Federal Holidays. We currently ship through USPS, Fedex & UPS. COD available (cash on delivery) for verified accounts.
Customers are FULLY responsible for tracking their parcel. Once our shipper / carrier has marked package as “Delivered”, your order will be considered Satisfactory Delivered.
We will not be responsibility for package after it has been marked “Delivered” via online carrier tracking information provided. We will not replace a lost package if it has been marked “delivered”. Please contact us before you order to add additional insurance at your own cost.
All shipping methods are solely at our discretion. If you have preferred shipping method you must contact us before you order to discuss shipping options.
